Maintenance Control

Civil Aviation Rules dictates that aircrafts are maintained in accodance with an approved Maintenance Programme. As today’s aircrafts are becoming more and more complex so must their Maintenance Programmes become more comprehensive and structured to ensure that all required maintenances are carried out, that they are accurately documented in the Aircraft Logbooks, and then timely re-scheduled for the required interval. Effective Maintenance Control has become the corner stone of aircraft maintenance and the days of rolling up to a maintenance facility and expecting the engineer to simply carry out a 100 hr Inspection are now behind us.

At Turboprop Solutions NZ we can assist with all of your Maintenance Programme requirements starting with assessing your needs and writing your own operator specific programme, we will schedule maintenances, and converse with your operations team and provide your maintenance facility with a technical directive that captures scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and defect rectification. We will keep track of lived components and monitor aircraft reliability.
